Marina Nida – a multifunctional hotel complex

What is Marina Nida?

A closer perspective

The new center of Nida

Welcome to Marina Nida, a multifunctional hotel complex in the
heart of Nida, right by the marina. The views of the lagoon makes it
feel like a gallery. They’re like living paintings—unique exhibits that
no money can ever buy at any auction.
You’ll see countless such paintings here. Nature, as an artist is
astounding. No home has so many paintings. No gallery either. And
the best part? You can enjoy them in a robe and slippers.

Life like a holiday – every single day

These hotel apartments are spaces where design, natural light, and the surrounding landscape blend into a harmonious whole. With ceilings reaching up to 6 meters, contemporary architectural solutions, and expansive terraces, each apartment offers a distinct atmosphere of elegance and comfort. Ground-floor apartments feature private terraces that, in summer, seamlessly extend the living space into the open air. The second floor also boasts a spacious terrace, shared by several two-level apartments. Other residences offer views of the Curonian Spit through skylights and French balconies. Every detail has been carefully considered. Smart home features enhance the experience even further: unlock your door with your phone, control the climate via an app, and always have a parking spot waiting in the underground garage.

Common areas where nature and comfort converge

Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by the warmth of wood and the golden hues of amber. Natural materials – wood, stone, and metal – reflect the unique landscape of the Curonian Spit. Every design element draws inspiration from nature: wooden textures evoke sand dunes, stone features mirror the rhythm of waves, and metal accents echo the shimmer of the lagoon. Each surface invites touch, offering a sensory experience of nature in its purest form.
The shared areas include underground parking, storage for bicycles and other personal items, and terraces designed for relaxation. Marina Nida seamlessly blends nature with comfort, creating an environment where guests feel in perfect harmony.

A private wellness area just for you

Enjoy private relaxation in a space designed to help you disconnect from the everyday – free from outside distractions. A fitness room, steam bath, sauna, relaxation lounge, and whirlpool are all at your disposal. Simply reserve your preferred time, and the entire wellness area becomes exclusively yours.

A place where the senses awaken

In the most picturesque part of town, right by the lagoon, you'll find a charming pedestrian street lined with open-air spaces – a place where your senses are fully awakened. Here, everything your heart, eyes, and taste buds could desire awaits.

Wherever you turn, there's something new to discover – a cozy seafood bistro, a boutique featuring designer fashion, a curated wine shop, or an artisanal coffee house. And that’s just the beginning. The only real question is: how will you find time to see – and taste – it all?

The Marina – where modern design meets the lagoon

When the waters are calm, raise your sails from the historic Nida harbor — soon to become the modern Old Port Marina. With space for 99 boats, one berth is already waiting for you. The marina will feature all the essential yachting infrastructure, offering both short-term and long-term mooring options. And best of all – the sight of the sails will be visible directly from the windows of the hotel and apartments.

Outdoor leisure at its finest

This renewed public square offers more than lush greenery — it is also a space for art, home to a thoughtfully curated sculpture park. The square features two amphitheaters.

One, more secluded, is perfect for a quiet rendezvous with a book. The other, facing the Curonian Spit and the Parnidis Dune, invites encounters with people. Here, you’ll find some of the very best spots in Nida to witness the daily spectacles nature puts on — several times a day.

As if it has always been here. The story of Marina Nida.

Architecture offers a chance to add new brushstrokes to the city’s image — with care.

Architecture is an opportunity to add new strokes to the city’s picture.
Responsibly. With the brushes cleaned of presumptions in the historical,
cultural, and natural context of the place. Choosing new colors that
highlight the old ones. Selecting a brush size whose strokes wouldn’t
overshadow what was already created here. Nothing exists in a vacuum,
including architectural creations. The environment determines their form,
making context crucial. Architecture is a whole.

More importantly, architecture is for people. Does it sound like an axiom?
Perhaps. With a touch of irony, you might ask—for whom else? Yet often,
in the lengthy implementation processes of projects, this truth gets lost,
and people feel alien in cities and buildings meant for them. We are
creating “Marina Nida” for people. People who love Nida. We repeated this
mantra every day and instilled it into the foundations. Therefore, Marina
Nida is firstly facing people. And only then the lagoon.

Inspired by the past.

At first glance, it might seem that Marina Nida has always been here.

Its shapes and sloping red-tiled roofs remind of old fishermen’s houses. And it blends into the architectural landscape of Nida as though it has been here for a century.

Inspiring the future.

Look again, and you’ll see that Marina Nida is a modern interpretation of this historic landscape.

Glass gables and dormers facing the lagoon. Terraces. Green spaces with artworks. A façade terrain that sometimes resembles sails. These details is what makes Marina Nida the latest in technology and design.

Escape the mainland

Locals and frequent visitors often refer to the Curonian Spit as an island. They say everything here feels different from the Lithuania left behind across the lagoon.

Here, your feet don’t tire when you dance, and the morning after champagne comes without a headache. Here, the weather doesn’t matter — it’s always just right. Even the people feel more genuine.

And if you don’t believe it — that’s fine. What’s undeniable is this: the Curonian Spit is truly exceptional, recognized and protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
